The manager thinks out difficult tasks, demanding that someone answered a question or made some action, and the one who loses, in punishment drinks an excess cup of tea.
Those who often drank penalties felt very badly: at them persons became blue, heartbeat became more frequent, in a stomach hummed, in legs was felt low, it was called "tea intoxication".
